The Aftermath

Balcony view from our Shangrila Boracay room

I have reasons, but perhaps unacceptable ones. I was gone on vacation for 3 weeks, and weeks leading up to it, I was swamped at work. So please forgive my lack of updates. I intend to blog about my recent trip to Asia, so definitely stay tuned for that. It will most likely be divided into parts since it was quite eventful.

I went back to work last Monday, and I am still coming in terms with reality. It’s been a long week to say the least, and thank goodness it’s finally Friday. I’m not quite over my jet lag, and the reminiscing takes loads of my time especially during the wee hours of the night when I’m trying to count sheep.

shut it.

I’ve shared clips on my IG account, but here’s a few more:

My buddy Takom and I exploring the wilderness of Chiang Mai.

And here’s me chillin’ on Snake Island in El Nido.

And then came reality…

  1. Watching Making a Murderer on Netflix
  2. Writing a Reconciliation policy
  3. Reading my Tumblr Feed
  4. Feeling Exhausted
  5. Drinking Elixir from this morning: Starbucks Black coffee with soy
  6. Eating I had ground turkey with cauliflower rice for lunch
  7. Listening Borns Album
  8. Thinking about my next vacation
  9. Smelling nothing distinct
  10. Wishing I was back in the Philippines, swimming in pristine waters
  11. Hoping for new opportunities
  12. Wearing work appropriate clothing: blazer + dress
  13. Loving Momo
  14. Wanting a new career
  15. Needing sleep
  16. Clicking travel blogs
